EHR Systems and Reporting Administrator ( Hybrid)

Harvard Resource Solutions VENTEON is seeking a EHR Systems and Reporting Administrator for our non profit client in W. Bloomfield on a temporary to direct hire basis. Hybrid Schedule ( 3 days remote and 2 days in office) Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Pay Range: 25.00 - 33.00hr ( Based upon education and experience) Overview:We are seeking an EHR Systems & Reporting Administrator to support and manage our electronic health record (EHR) system and reporting processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the system is functioning effectively, supporting users, and providing accurate, meaningful data to support operations and decision-making.This is not a traditional IT infrastructure role. It is a hands-on position focused on system support, reporting, and data quality.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary internal resource for the EHR system (myEvolv or similar)Support system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving data discrepanciesMaintain and improve system forms, workflows, and configurationsDevelop and deliver reports using EHR tools and ExcelEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and overall data integrityPartner with internal teams (programs, finance, leadership) to meet reporting needsAct as liaison with the EHR vendor for system updates and issue resolutionQualifications:Experience supporting an EHR or similar business system (healthcare, nonprofit, or related environment preferred)Strong Excel and reporting skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)Ability to troubleshoot system and data-related issuesComfortable working with non-technical users across the organizationStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsNice to Have:Experience with myEvolv or similar EHR platformsBackground in healthcare, behavioral health, or human servicesExperience improving workflows or data processesWhat We’re Looking For:We’re looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on with systems and data- someone who can support users, improve processes, and help turn data into useful information for the organization.
