Role Description This is a full-time position for a Lead Baker at The Source Cafe located in Hermosa Beach, CA. As a Lead Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking process, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and consistency in all baked goods. Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry ChefKnowledge of baking techniques and the ability to create a wide range of baked goods including alternative bakingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lead and train a small team of bakersExcellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to work pm shift starting at 6pm
