You play a vital role in supporting the agency account team to ensure we're developing and delivering the highest level of work for our clients. You will champion client and agency needs, specifically: monitoring workflow accuracy, initiating projects, information gathering, and facilitating client activity and growth. You will team up with an Account Supervisor or Account Director and consistently collaborate with other agency teammates - including creative, brand strategy, digital, media and project management. An aptitude to drive work and take accountability is important. Accurately assessing people and circumstances, combined with the ability to think on your feet is imperative.ResponsibilitiesAssume role of a primary day-to-day client contact for a primary client and support on othersCultivate a positive and trusted relationship with client and internal teamsDevelop a thorough knowledge of the client's business, keeping up on industry trends and eventsDevelop and maintain competitive analyses, track sales, measure results against client goalsSupport agency team in development of integrated marketing communication plans, creative briefs, proposals, and presentationsDevelop knowledge of advertising processes in all channels (branded content, video, print, digital, radio, outdoor, etc.) to help facilitate and deliver on client initiativesPresent project estimates and timelines, and manage delivering work on time and on budgetUpdate weekly status reports and participate in weekly status meetingsIssue next step reports following all client meetings to ensure alignment on deliverablesAssist in review and reconciliation of monthly client billingDemonstrate a willingness for continuous learning and proactively participate in opportunitiesFoster positive morale in the workplace and invest in creating internal team camaraderie and collaboration (in-person and virtually)Performs other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agencyQualifications2+ years advertising/branding agency account management experienceAbility to organize and manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and collaborative natureSuperior written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsExceptional initiative and follow-through skillsProactive, resourceful, and solution-orientedDemonstrated ability to manage deadlines and budgetsStrong grasp of digital landscape and technologyAbility to travel for business as requiredWhy broadhead.At broadhead, you'll find a place where bold thinking is celebrated, hard work is rewarded, and people come first. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access.
