There are 3 main areas of assembly, Compressed Air, Vacuum Systems, and Control Panel/Electrical Assembly. Experience with any of these would qualify candidates for the advanced position.Responsibilities:Assemble industrial air compressor and vacuum system componentsPerform mechanical assembly using hand and power toolsAssist with wiring motors, panels, and electrical componentsRead work instructions, drawings, and basic schematicsInstall motors, pumps, tubing, and fittings per drawingsPerform basic plumbing tasks such as thread taping and tube flaringFollow testing procedures to ensure units operate properlyPrepare finished units for shipmentMaintain clean and organized work areaRecord scrap and production information as requiredWork closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsApprentice Assembler Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredBasic mechanical abilityLongevity in previous jobs, no large gaps in resumeComfortable using hand toolsWilling to learn electrical and mechanical assemblyAble to follow instructions and work in a team environmentAdvanced xevrcyc Assembler Requirements:All above requirementsPrevious assembly, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, schematics, or BOMs is a plusExperience with wiring, plumbing, or equipment assembly helpfulAble to lift up to 50 lbsAble to stand, walk, kneel, and bend throughout the shiftComfortable using pallet jack and shop toolsSchedule:Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pmPay:Apprentice - $18.35/hrAdvanced - $19.51/hrAPPLY TODAY OR CALL US AT 513-273-0176 WITH QUESTIONS!
