What You' ll Do:Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal componentsManufacture and fabricate finished metal productsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsEnsure proper fit-up, alignment, and weld qualityMeasure and verify materials to meet specificationsInspect completed welds for accuracy and durabilityFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace What We' re Looking For:Experience in MIG welding, manufacturing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with welding tools, equipment, and safety practicesAbility to read blueprints and schematicsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to handle physical tasks in a production environmentHigh school diploma or GED preferred Schedule & Pay:Full-TimeMonday– Thursday, 7: 00 AM – 5: 30 PM (overtime may be available)$20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience (adjust as needed)Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time off About AtWork:AtWork Personnel is a nationally recognized staffing leader, and we' re excited to be growing in Greenville, SC.
