ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for applications developed using React, .NET, SQL Server, and Office VBADesign, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain scalable software solutions across front-end, back-end, and database technologiesDeliver new features and application enhancements while ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainabilityTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actionsIdentify, assess, and remediate application vulnerabilities, including SAST, SCA, and other security findingsPartner closely with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirementsApply secure coding principles and development best practices throughout the software development lifecycleSupport and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software deliveryContribute to automation initiatives that improve build, test, deployment, and release management processesImplement monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices to improve application stability and performanceTake ownership of assigned applications, components, and features from design through production supportDesign solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, resiliency, and long-term maintainabilityAnalyze system and application issues proactively and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experienceEnsure all development activities adhere to established engineering, security, compliance, and operational standardsContribute to Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives and continuous improvement effortsMaintain a customer-focused mindset when evaluating technical solutions and prioritizing workCollaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business valueCommunicate project risks, dependencies, blockers, and recommendations in a proactive and transparent mannerParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and engineering standardsReview and refine work items to support proper sizing, prioritization, and incremental delivery practicesPromote innovation, accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning across the engineering organizationStay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering best practices, applying relevant innovations where appropriateRequirementsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceZero to two years of relevant experience2+ years of experience in software development, application engineering, or full-stack developmentHands‑on experience developing applications using React, .NET/C#, and SQL ServerExperience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications across front-end, back-end, and database layersStrong knowledge of SQL development, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuningExperience troubleshooting application issues and supporting production environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated software delivery processesKnowledge of secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, and application security principlesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teamsStrong verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
