*Duties*
* Conduct site visits to assess remediation needs.
* Prepare and present estimates to homeowners.
* Communicate the benefits of our services and answer client questions.
* Follow up with homeowners to secure contracts and close deals.
* Maintain accurate records of site visits, estimates, and follow-ups.
* Support Production Team and office team
*Skills*
* Construction background preferred
* Strong communication and sales skills.
* Strong Presentation ability
* Comfort working in private residences/homes
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
