What you’ll do:
Plan and track hardware milestones across optics, electronics and research
Manage suppliers, lead times and budgets
Keep engineering, partners and leadership aligned
What you’ll bring 5+ years managing hardware programs
Experience with suppliers and long-lead components
Nice to havePhotonics or semiconductor programs
