SW Development Project Manager

Working with a leading organization dedicated to enhancing the educational system for a large US state, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering critical software applications and infrastructure.The Role Lead Agile software development teams through the full SDLC, ensuring timely project delivery aligned with legislative and strategic priorities. Develop and evaluate processes for consistency, manage scope/schedule changes, and oversee project budgets and plans. Monitor and measure application quality, identifying improvements and ensuring deliverables meet agreements and budget constraints. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, solicit feedback, and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction. Manage problems, resolve issues, identify and mitigate risks, and motivate the team to take ownership and improve efficiency. Articulate the application and technology roadmap, coordinating project initiation and planning to meet strategic commitments.What You'll Need Proven experience leading Agile software development projects. Strong understanding and application of SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum methodologies. Ability to manage project staff and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Demonstrated initiative, independent judgment, and advanced project management skills. Proficiency in developing and evaluating processes, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverable quality.
