Mechanical Engineering Technician Emphasis in Quality / Manufacturing Support

OFFERING SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1500.00SummaryWork closely with Manufacturing to support and improve manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting equipment and process issues, performing and documenting fixtures and equipment maintenance and updating process documentation. Assists with projects through building or procuring test equipment and performing testing, including process validations. Reviews engineering drawings and analyzes design for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes to ensure that products comply with quality standards. Work with Design team to develop, set, and maintain the company's CAD standards and procedures.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInvolved in the entire course of manufacturing. Inspect components before assembly, analyze trial products during development, or test finished goods.Record and analyze the results in order to decide whether to certify or reject specific products.Assist with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures.Consult with manufacturing to resolve questions or misunderstandingsConsult with quality control to ensure correctness of productSchedule, complete and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and test equipment.Assist with the administration of regulatory reporting, hazardous materials & quality programsDevelop 2D and 3D drawings suitable for manufacturing specificationsMentor and train new hires.Provide help on complex projectsOther duties as assignedCompensation details: 20-25 Hourly WagePI7ca19e0bfa3a-25448-31307858
