We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Sales and Marketing Assistant Apply today and learn why The Rogue Valley Manor has consistently been ranked as one of Southern Oregon’s top senior living communities!About The RoleYou will be responsible for the administrative organization of the Sales and Marketing, departmentincluding coordinating day-to-day activities such as handling initial inquires, entering database notes,and compiling reports. Manage and optimize the CRM database, ensuring accurate lead tracking, applicant/waitlist maintenance, and efficient documentation workflows. Support marketing and sales operations by coordinating events, generating routine sales reports, assisting with market research, and producing marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and move‑in guides. Coordinate the move‑in and move‑out process by assisting prospects and residents with required documentation and partnering with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition. Engage with prospects and visitors, including responding to inquiries, conducting introductory tours, prequalifying leads, and scheduling follow-up communications. Maintain operational readiness through accurate inventory management, adherence to safety and policy requirements, completion of required training, and other duties as assigned. About You Minimum of 1 year's experience in administrative or customer-facing office experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred. Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service. Experience with a CRM, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly is highly preferred.
