Supply Chain Specialist – 1st & 2nd shifts Location: Waterloo, Iowa Salary: $60-65K Job Summary: The Inventory Control Specialist is tasked with fulfilling inventory requests through the receipt and distribution of parts and supplies to production departments. Receives merchandise by unloading vehicles; checks for damage; verifies freight bill. Fills orders by identifying requested items; pulls from stock; packs and labels items; verifies completeness. Prepares orders for carrier service by packing and labeling merchandise for delivery or pickup. Controls inventory by conducting physical counts; reconciles with inventory system; notifies purchasing department of reorder points; manages unused supplies and equipment. Provides information by answering questions; inputting data; completing forms. Supports other departments by establishing routine deliveries; determining supply needs. Maintains warehouse vehicles and equipment; cleans; performs preventive maintenance; reports problems to supervisor. Maintains safe working environment by following procedures and regulations. Education & Experience Requirements: High School Diploma Valid driver's license Forklift certification or ability to obtain Ability to drive and operate equipment Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
