This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events.Station Management:Set up, stock, and maintain workstations to meet kitchen demands during service hours (line cooking, buffet preparation, banquet cooking, etc.).Quality ControlEnsure consistent food quality by checking ingredients for freshness, taste, temperature, and presentation.Health & Safety ComplianceFollow Hilton, DoubleTree, and local health department sanitation and food safety regulations (e.g., proper food handling, cleaning, temperature checks, and storage practices).Team CollaborationWork closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to maintain smooth service, especially during high-volume periods like conferences or weddingsInventory & SuppliesAssist in receiving, rotating, and properly storing inventory and supplies.
