Senior Financial AnalystCompensation: $110,000 – $120,000Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmBenefits:Medical, Dental, VisionRetirement match18 days PTOReports to: VP of Finance Position Overview:Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in building and enhancing financial planning and analysis capabilities. This position will focus heavily on data ownership, reporting, and dashboard development, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and data visualization tools.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate complex financial information into actionable insights that support business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead development of financial reporting and dashboarding, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, cost analysis, and key performance indicatorsBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into business performanceManage and pull data from multiple sources including ERP systems, data lakes, and operational systemsAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunitiesSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modelingDevelop cost accounting insights including cost per unit/service and inventory analysisPartner cross-functionally to improve data accuracy, reporting processes, and decision-making capabilitiesEvaluate current tools and processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting qualityQualifications:4–7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related fieldBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplineStrong experience with data mining and analysis from ERP and internal systemsProficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skillsWorking knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including understanding debits and creditsExperience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or similar preferred)Cost accounting or cost analysis experience preferredEnvironment & Culture:Fast-paced, growing organization undergoing financial and operational transformationRecently transitioned from cash to accrual accountingCollaborative and open-minded team that values new ideas and continuous improvementOpportunity to build and shape financial reporting and analytics capabilities from the ground up
