Jr. Account Executive About Us: At Ease Healthcare is an investment group specializing in healthcare investments, focusing on business transactions and M&A. We specialize in the home healthcare, skilled nursing, and hospice niche. We involve ourselves in a wide range of dynamic, fast-paced transactions ranging from $50K to $25MM in revenue size. Our current teams include a Board of Directors, Advisory Board, virtual back office, and sales team—with a staff, in transition, of over 25 employees. The holding company is operated by the board, which has over 250 years of cumulative experience with over $20 billion in completed transactions—experience as Directors of Top 100 largest healthcare companies in the USA and current executives of publicly traded companies. We are now expanding to form a conglomerate investment group and a search fund to drive revenue growth and support aggressive market expansion. Position Information: As a Jr. Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by identifying and nurturing leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to execute sales strategies and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role is ideal for experienced, but relatively entry level, individuals eager to take their careers in business development to the next level and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Experience driving revenue growth for a company with sales, marketing, account management, or customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Strong organizational skills, ability to submit daily and weekly reports to monitor your own progress. - Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. - Willingness to follow instructions, learn and adapt to new challenges. - Proven ability or strong desire to close deals. - Strong understanding of how to follow-up to maximize results Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify leads, build pipelines with outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc. - Assist in managing the sales pipeline by tracking prospects and executing a daily report. - Conduct presentations to potential clients. - Attend all coaching sessions and improve based on feedback - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups. - Rapidly improve individual sales effectiveness to exceed KPIs. - Maintain high energy, motivation, and accountability Job Type: - Contract, Full-time Compensation/Salary: - 30 - 90 day commission based onboarding project to earn option of a salary - Base salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year - Bonus opportunities available.
