Bridge Structural Project Manager
V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Bridge Structural Project Manager to join our Structural Group in Woodridge, Illinois. You will play a key role in delivering impactful infrastructure projects for clients including IDOT, Illinois Tollway, Chicago DOT, county DOTs, and local municipalities, with a strong pipeline and continued growth ahead.We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and mentor team members while sharing technical expertise across the group.If you are ready to make an impact, grow your leadership, and help shape the future of our structural practice, we want to hear from you.Here's what you'll do:Lead and manage bridge and structural projects from planning through design and deliveryOversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project outcomesServe as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationshipsPerform and review structural design calculations, plans, and specificationsConduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of project deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients to advance project goalsSupport business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client outreachMentor and develop staff through technical guidance and project involvementWe're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from ABET Accredited university. Master's degree with a structural focus is preferred.SE license required.15+ years of combined experience in bridge and structural design and project managementProven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projectsExperience mentoring and developing staffExperience in projects for clients such as IDOT, Illinois Tollway, Chicago DOT, County DOT's and local municipalitiesStrong understanding of AASHTO, AREMA, IDOT and ISTHA design standardsProficient in MicroStation.
