Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Mission Viejo, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,322 per week Shift Information: Nights - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/14/2026 About the Position Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist Profession: Laboratory Specialty: Clinical Lab Scientist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: CA state license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Strong blood bank experience. Description: The candidate must possess strong blood bank experience. This facility is a trauma hospital with frequent massive transfusions. Experience in hematology, chemistry, and/or blood bank is essential. The role may involve floating between locations as needed. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. The local radius for this position is 50 miles. Candidates must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays. Traveler refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment. All staff will potentially float between all facilities within a given state. References are required prior to start and must cover the last year of experience. The candidate must complete additional training modules. Candidates will be expected to possess a valid state license prior to the start date.
