Fulfillment Specialist- Mailroom
Alta Resources is Hiring!SummaryThe Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties at the fulfillment center including, but not limited to: filling outgoing consumer requests for literature, coupons, checks, gift cards, kitting, and monthly correspondence. This person may also be the primary person or back up to print daily work for the teamEssential Duties & ResponsibilityOther duties may be assigned.Participate in filling orders, replenishing products, completing inventoriesMaintain work areas so that they are clean and organizedPerform duties to meet team service levelsParticipate in team meetings to communicate any suggestions, ideas for process improvement, issues or concerns and work closely with Floor Leads, Analysts, Team Leaders and Program DirectorsMaintain and adjust inventory levels for internal and external clientsCheck in products, coupons, checks, etc. and help perform cycle counts as necessaryProcess mail/shipments through UPS, FedEx and USPSPrint daily work for team, if appropriateParticipate in picking, sorting, packing orders, printing pick tickets, and replenishing productPerform quality checksPerform ad-hoc special projects as requestedMeet individual and team productivity goalsHelp other teams at the Fulfillment Center with work as necessaryFollow Fulfillment Center safety guidelines at all timesRegular attendance, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position.Leadership ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory or leadership responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
