This is a rewarding opportunity to support one adult male in their home with strong administrative backing and a calm, structured environment. Pay & Benefits Up to $15.25/hour 30-36 hours per week Paid training + training bonuses Monthly & annual performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Easy interview process Schedule Details Primary shifts: 8a-8p and/or 2:30-8p several days per week Rotating weekends Some On Call Responsibilities with the Home Supervisor Opportunities for additional hours starting as early as 8:00 AM Your Role: Provide daily support with: Meals and nutrition Medication administration Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home Support community outings and skill development Complete documentation and ensure compliance with care plans Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and coworkers Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass background and compliance checks Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills Why MPA Services?
