Customer Service Admin Support
Assist with dispatching service calls to appropriate field technicians and supervisors.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Receive incoming phone calls for general inquiries, price quotes, material orders and invoicing.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Maintains manual and/or automated logs of service.
Coordinates and monitors the status of customer complaints resolutions.
Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience required
1-2 yrs. Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in using customer service software and systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
Must have excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
