Program Manager

PROGRAM MANAGER – SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES (SLS) The Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the SLS program and ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in compliance with DDS, Regional Center, and Title 17 requirements. This position provides overall supervision of staff, monitors program quality and documentation, and ensures operational and administrative requirements are met. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and supervise all SLS staff and program operations. * Manage staff onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing performance. * Develop and maintain staff schedules and monitor attendance. * Monitor the agency’s clock-in/clock-out system and address timekeeping discrepancies. * Review staff documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. * Complete and maintain quarterly reports and Quality Assurance (QA) reports. * Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support. * Monitor compliance with agency policies, DDS, Regional Center, and Title 17 requirements. * Coordinate with Regional Center service coordinators, clients, families, and community partners. * Monitor and follow up on incidents, health and safety concerns, and corrective actions. * Review and approve timesheets and verify staff hours for payroll processing. * Maintain accurate staff and program records. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Services, Business Administration, or a related field OR minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in SLS, ILS, or a related human services setting. * Knowledge of DDS, Regional Center, and Title 17 requirements. * Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple staff, clients, and administrative responsibilities effectively.
