Industry leaders leverage Eranova to drive manually constrained processes and reduce back-office overhead.Eranova is seeking talented and eager team members interested in contributing to real-world applications of AI agents and excited to define the industry standard of how AI agents integrate into enterprise workflows.https://www.eranova.ai ResponsibilitiesLead project & implementation management across Eranova’s partner deploymentsDevelop executive-facing slide decks and reportsDrive client workshops and status meetingsDrive partner implementations and maintain on-time delivery across deployment timelines, including amid ambiguity and varying stakeholder responsivenessServe as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal engineering teamsBuild client proposals following initial client scoping calls and target workflow walkthroughsPerform technical data analysis for partner deployments and internal Eranova operationsPartner with Eranova engineers to understand client requirements and translate into technical system requirementsBuild system process architecture diagrams and present architecture overviews to clients and internal stakeholdersTranslate client feedback and requirements into actionable engineering objectivesManage projects and client engagements, presenting updates to clients and internal stakeholdersManage client success and triage/escalate inbound support requirementsSupport Eranova engineers by evaluating deployment outputs against client requirementsPerform deep research and become a subject matter expert in enterprise applications of large language models, AI agents, and the broader generative AI landscapeProduce thought leadership, case studies, and research to expand Eranova’s public brandQualificationsClient-Facing / General SkillsPreferred 2-5 years of experience in a consulting or implementation specialist rolePreferred background in consulting at a leading firmAdvanced experience with Microsoft PowerPointAdvanced experience with Microsoft WordFull proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and TeamsServed in a client-facing roleExhibit exceptional client communication and professionalismProven operational excellence – even in environments of high-volume client requirementsExperience building client proposalsAbility to organize, manage, and deliver many concurrent requirements on timeProven ability to workshop through functional client requirements and translate these into system requirementsExperience building executive-facing reports and documentationExperience building executive-facing PowerPoint presentations and Excel reportsOperations background (Scrum/Agile, Lean Six Sigma; certifications welcomed)Industries / SystemsInterest in the Transportation & Logistics sector; ability to ramp from introductory to advanced understandingUnderstanding of the functional purpose of core business information systems (TMS, ERP, WMS)Business Analytics / TechnologyProven advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & data analysisProven experience in presenting analytical findings and project updates to clients and internal stakeholdersExperience building system process architecture diagrams and presenting architecture overviews to clients and internal stakeholdersExperience with Power BI and dashboarding toolsUnderstanding of APIsIntroductory to advanced understanding of databases and data structuresNice to have: experience in business analytics leveraging Python and SQLGenerative AI Stack (Nice to have familiarity)Enterprise AI agentsLarge language modelsReasoning modelsStructured outputsMultimodal modelsFunction callingRAG / embedding modelsModel context protocol (MCP)Skills (Skill | Function | Proficiency)[Executive reporting & writing] | Partner reporting | Advanced[Microsoft PowerPoint] | Project management & reporting | Advanced[Microsoft Excel] | Data analysis & reporting | Advanced[Microsoft Power BI] | Dashboarding | Intermediate[Python / R] | Lightweight scripting & data analysis | Introductory[SQL] | Data analysis / client systems & integration | Introductory[Large language models, Generative AI, AI agents] | Functional understanding | Introductory
