Role Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing a combination of on-site work and the flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care. The ideal candidate will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs to promote wellness and health literacy. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing acute and chronic conditions.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia, with adherence to relevant professional and ethical standards.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and comfort using technology for telemedicine services.Dedication to providing patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive healthcare environment.Relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably with primary care or outpatient focus, is highly desirable.Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nursing Practice (NP), or related field from an accredited institution.
