You'll cover career pathways and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.Who We're Looking ForA working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field — we're looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it.Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Humanities & Philosophy, Medicine & Health, Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI, Business & Entrepreneurship, Law & Government, Psychology & Social Sciences, Creative Arts & Design, Media & Communication, or Literature, Writing & PublishingExperience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process.
