This leader owns the full D2C sales operation — from first contact to closed member to long-term retained patient. You will build and manage a high-performance sales team, design affiliate and referral infrastructure, operate reactivation campaigns, and drive revenue across multiple service lines in a cash-pay environment.This is a builder’s role. You will inherit strong brand momentum and clinical credibility, and your job is to translate that into consistent, scalable revenue. We set the benchmark for Industry leading-quality, patient-centered care.Teamwork: By working together, we create comprehensive solutions that address the diverse needs of our patients, driving better outcomes and a stronger impact.Core Responsibilities D2C Sales Ownership Own the end-to-end consumer sales funnel from lead acquisition through membership closeBuild and refine a consultative sales process tailored to cash-pay longevity medicineManage inbound lead response systems and outbound prospecting cadencesDevelop and enforce pricing integrity and discount governance across service linesDrive conversion on programs including hormone optimization, peptide protocols, metabolic panels, and longevity membershipsAffiliate & Referral Program Development Design and launch a structured affiliate program including tiered commission structures, partner onboarding, and tracking infrastructureRecruit and activate partners including fitness professionals, functional medicine practitioners, corporate wellness platforms, and influencers aligned with Agentis’ valuesBuild referral loops within the existing patient base through loyalty incentives and ambassador frameworksEstablish affiliate performance metrics and run ongoing optimization cyclesSales Incentives & Team Performance Design and operate a competitive, motivating commission and incentive structure for the sales teamRun monthly and quarterly sales contests, SPIF programs, and performance-based recognition programsConduct regular pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance development sessionsPartner with HR and Finance to ensure comp plans are both competitive and sustainableReactivation & Retention Revenue Build and own a formal reactivation program targeting lapsed members and churned patientsDevelop segmented win-back campaigns by service type, lapse duration, and patient valueCoordinate with CXO and clinical teams on reactivation offers and care re-entry pathwaysTrack reactivation rate as a core KPI and report to leadership monthlyMulti-Service Revenue Growth Drive cross-sell and upsell across Agentis service offerings including add-on protocols, labs, and premium membership tiersWork with marketing to align campaign messaging to active service promotionsIdentify seasonal revenue opportunities and design time-limited offers that maintain brand premiumPartner with clinical leadership to develop new service packaging that increases average revenue per patientSales Operations & Reporting Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasting with accuracy and accountabilityReport weekly to the CEO on pipeline health, closed revenue, reactivations, and affiliate performanceDevelop and maintain a sales playbook for onboarding new team members and scaling the functionIdentify and implement technology tools that improve speed, tracking, and close ratesWhat We Are Looking For Non-Negotiable Experience 5+ years in D2C sales leadership within cash-pay healthcare, medtech, or premium consumer healthProven track record of personally closing high-ticket health services ($3,000+ transactions)Experience designing and managing affiliate or partner programs from the ground upHistory of building and leading sales teams of 5 or more in a high-growth environmentDemonstrated command of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and pipeline disciplineExperience running reactivation campaigns with measurable win-back ratesHighly Valued Background Experience in hormone therapy, peptide programs, functional medicine, or longevity medicineBackground in DTC health brands that operated without insurance reimbursementFamiliarity with TRT, GLP-1, metabolic health, or performance medicine sales environmentsExperience with physician-led or clinician-partnered sales processesThe Person We Are Hiring Relentlessly revenue-focused but genuinely mission-aligned with longevity and human optimizationBuilder mentality — you have created infrastructure, not just inherited itCoaches and develops teammates rather than hoarding accountsOperates with urgency and precision — you know the difference between busy and productiveCommunicates directly with leadership and does not sugarcoat pipeline realityUnderstands that in cash-pay healthcare, the patient is investing in themselves — and takes that seriouslyCompensation & Benefits On-target Range: $160,000 - $220,000+Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverageAgentis Membership: Complimentary access to Agentis longevity protocolsPTO: UnlimitedDevelopment: Continuing education budget and conference attendanceCheck us Out Agentis Longevity Website
