You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of safety, service, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:As a trainee, you’ll assist with:Installing, maintaining, and servicing fire alarm systemsResponding to service and warranty calls alongside senior techniciansCompleting basic safety paperwork and job site inspectionsSupporting project teams and subcontractors on installationsHelping maintain clean, safe, and productive job sitesTraveling occasionally to out-of-state projects as neededRequirements:Qualifications & Skills:Integrity above all, with solid work ethic and personal accountabilityAbility to work independently, manage time, and solve problems in the field2+ years of low voltage experience preferredClear communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable using mobile reporting toolsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningWillingness to travel overnight occasionally (travel and hotel expenses covered by the company) and work overtime as neededPhysical Requirements:Sit, stand, kneel, crouch, or stoop for prolonged periodsClimb ladders, scaffolding, and stairsLift, transport, and place objects up to 70 pounds safelyWork in both indoor and outdoor environments with limited spaceState Fire participates in E-VerifyTake the Next Step: If you are motivated, skilled, and ready to join a growing regional company that values safety, quality, and career development, apply today to join the State Fire team!State FireCompensation details: 18-24 Hourly WagePIa67c40bd8548-25405-40682147
