Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and team-oriented Dental Receptionist to be one of the faces and voices of our practice. We view this role as critical in ensuring that every patient’s interaction is a positive experience. You will be responsible for facilitating daily front office operations while playing a vital role in supporting our clinical team and creating a positive first impression for every patient visit. Duties Warmly greet patients, creating a positive and welcoming environment Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity Schedule and confirm appointments using dental practice management software Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Verify insurance benefits and handle in-office payments Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist in the medical strongly field preferred Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix Ascend or Eaglesoft a plus Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail We are a successful, growing practice with a great reputation both as a Dental provider and an employer, and we are very proud of our positive, team-oriented environment.
