Hose Installation Technician – Mobile Service Tipco Mobile Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided | Paid Training | Career Growth About the Role Tipco Mobile is the leading provider of on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement in the region. As a Hose Installation Technician (Mobile Sales & Service Technician), you’ll operate from a fully equipped mobile hose workshop van, responding to emergency and scheduled calls throughout the local area. No two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field solving real problems for customers in construction, manufacturing, rental fleets, agriculture, and more.What You’ll Do - Drive to customer sites in a company-provided, purpose-built mobile service van - Fabricate and install hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies on-site - Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Keep detailed service records and manage van inventory What We’re Looking For - Mechanically inclined (experience with hydraulics, automotive, or industrial equipment is a plus but not required—we provide full training) - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Positive attitude and self-motivated - Clean driving record (required) - High School Diploma or GED What We Offer - Competitive pay based on experience - Comprehensive paid training and ongoing certification - Fully equipped company van (take-home privilege in most cases) - Health benefits, 401(k), paid time off - Clear path for career advancement (many of our managers and owners started as technicians) - Join a fast-growing company keeping essential industries running At Tipco Mobile, we’re built on integrity, innovation, and helping our team succeed.
