JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEProvides safe, quality nursing care under the direction of Samaritan Health Services practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor for patients within scope of practice. Assists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient record and relaying test results. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONSHS Surgical Specialists provide general, vascular, thoracic, breast and minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required upon submission.Healthcare Provider BLS required.Experience or training with computer applications preferred.
