This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset who can identify issues early, perform repairs, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environmentPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenanceHandle general repairs (carpentry, painting, basic structural fixes)Respond to maintenance issues and emergency repairsAssist with equipment installation and facility upgradesFollow safety protocols and maintain compliance standardsKeep accurate maintenance recordsQualificationsMaintenance or facilities experience preferredBasic repair and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail and safetyThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
