Web Analytics Lead (ONLY W2)
• Own web analytics strategy and measurement frameworks across digital properties• Design, maintain, and evolve tagging and data collection architecture (GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)• Build dashboards and reports that translate raw data into clear business recommendations• Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering to define tracking requirements and success metrics• Lead A/B testing and conversion analysis initiatives to improve site performance• Identify data quality issues and drive resolution with technical and non-technical stakeholdersMust Have - • 5+ years of web analytics experience in an e-commerce or digital product environment• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (GTM)• Hands-on SQL skills and experience with BI tools for visualization• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, SEO, and paid media attribution• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell data-driven stories to non-technical audiences
