Construction Foreman

Description: PM Leary is seeking a Construction Foreman responsible for managing and working with multiple crew members on projects, and with a range of trade disciplines: carpentry, framing, windows and doors, drywall, flooring, siding. Must work productively with tools, manage others, and plan and maintain project schedules. Applicant should be able to read and interpret blue prints, estimate material needs and create a project timeline. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
