You will own your market, execute targeted sales plans, and serve as a key ambassador for Affinity Hospice.Schedule: Full-Time | Field-BasedWhat You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partnersEducate referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and Affinity’s clinical differentiatorsIdentify, qualify, and close referral opportunities by engaging key decision-makers and overcoming objectionsExecute daily sales activity expectations as outlined by Sales LeadershipOwn and manage your territory using data, market insights, and performance metricsMaintain accurate documentation of referral activity, expenses, and market intelligencePartner with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to support community education and outreachParticipate in speaking engagements, in-services, trade shows, and community eventsIdentify new market opportunities and contribute to targeted marketing campaignsSupport internal teams with market insights, sales strategy feedback, and referral educationWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience, preferably in hospice, home health, or a related healthcare settingProven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and drive resultsStrong territory planning, time management, and organizational skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical decision-makingComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentAbility to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and execute strategic plansValid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicleWillingness to travel throughout assigned territory and work a flexible scheduleWho Thrives HereThis role is ideal for sales professionals who:Take ownership of their territory and resultsExcel at relationship-based, consultative sellingWant a long-term career path—not just a jobAre motivated by both performance and purposeIf you’re ready to grow your sales career while making a meaningful impact, we’d love to connect.
