Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Cloud Support Engineer, located in Arizona City, AZ. The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-related issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Key responsibilities involve managing networking and system administration tasks, ensuring network security, and assisting in maintaining and improving cloud-based systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients is a critical component of the role. Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve client issues effectivelyProficiency in System Administration for monitoring and maintaining cloud and IT environmentsKnowledge of Networking and Network Security to ensure secure and optimized system operationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients and team membersFamiliarity with cloud platforms and related technologies is a plusRelevant certifications in cloud computing, system administration, or networking are advantageousBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
