Support Representative

We are looking for a Support Representative for our growing monthly Wash Club Subscription Service. This position is responsible for responding to and documenting customer technical inquiries via phone calls and email. Schedule: Position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday Wage: $20 - $22/hour Primary Duties: Support Wash Club subscription program. Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to the Wash Club program. Support customers via phone and email. Support recurring monthly subscriptions Back up front desk reception as needed. Miscellaneous clerical duties as needed. Customer Service backup support: Calling customers Problem solving over the phone. Driving to car wash locations with company vehicle. Needed Skills: Proven computer skills Excellent communication skills Billing Customer Service Subscription Support Ability to work in a technical environment providing solutions and services to customers.
