A dedicated physical therapist is needed immediately for a contract position working within high school settings across four districts in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week, with an end date aligned with the end of the school year (EOSY).Key responsibilities include performing school-based physical therapy evaluations and delivering services as outlined in student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The role involves a mix of direct therapy, consultative guidance, and monitoring to support students' physical needs.
