This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, supporting month-end close activities, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal departments.Responsibilities:The Accounts Payable Specialist will:Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detailPerform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoicesResolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiriesPrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfersReconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing proceduresMaintain organized records and vendor filesWork collaboratively with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teamsRequirements:To be successful as an Accounts Payable Specialist, candidates should have:At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platformsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of accuracy and organizational skillsCompensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.
