The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and scale modern, high-impact web applications used in real production environments. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end, working across both frontend and backend, and delivering clean, scalable solutions that solve real user problems.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies
- Develop scalable backend services and APIsCreate responsive, high-quality frontend experiences
- Design and optimize databases, queries, and system architecture
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver user-focused solutions
- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems
- What We're Looking For5–8+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Solid experience building RESTful APIs and backend systems
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and code quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with microservices or distributed systems
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, cloud infra)
- Background in healthcare, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
