The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring optimized inventory control, effective staff management, and a premier in-store customer experience. Core responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining adherence to retail policies (including loss prevention), and promoting excellence in customer service. The role also involves tracking metrics, coaching team members, and supporting strategic goals.
