About The RoleCodeVertex System is hiring a Data Entry and Reporting Analyst to support our business intelligence and operations team from home. This fully remote role is open to candidates across the United States and involves collecting, organizing, entering, and analyzing data across internal systems and generating reports for management review. Due to access to sensitive business and client data, a background check and credit screening are required for all analyst positions.ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and accurately enter data from multiple internal and external sources into company databases and spreadsheetsGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or internal reporting toolsIdentify data inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies and flag them for supervisor review with clear documentationMaintain organized and up-to-date digital records across multiple databases and file systemsCollaborate with team leads to define key metrics, build tracking templates, and streamline reporting workflowsSupport management with data-driven summaries and insights to assist in operational decision-makingAssist with audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks on a scheduled basisMeet daily data entry accuracy and productivity targets as set by the teamRequirementsHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor degree in a related field preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with a strong understanding of data organizationStrong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and data accuracyComfortable working with large data sets and maintaining consistency across multiple filesReliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspaceMust pass a pre-employment background check and credit screeningNo prior analyst experience required — comprehensive paid training is providedMust be authorized to work in the United StatesCompensationThe compensation range for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
