The RoleWhat You'll Do:Develop control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and TargetLinkDesign reusable and configurable control software to meet OEM specificationsWork on cutting-edge systems like engine/powertrain components, eDrives, and machine controlsTranslate system-level requirements into detailed software specs and test strategiesCollaborate in an Agile team and contribute to continuous improvementIdeal ProfileWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s in Electrical, Software, or Controls Engineering6–8 years of experience in model-based developmentProficient in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and TargetLinkExperience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe)Strong analytical and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceWorking on electro-mechanical systems (e.g., clutches, axle lockers, disconnect units)Familiarity with DataDictionary, PTC, and embedded software testing (MIL/SIL)What's on Offer?A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesWork alongside & learn from best in class talentFantastic work culture
