Electromechanical Technician

Indra is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to support industrial system assembly, integration, and maintenance within a high-performance production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong electrical and mechanical expertise who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical operations. Key Responsibilities • Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems • Integrate industrial equipment into production environments • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure maximum system uptime • Provide on-site technical support to operations teams • Assist with system commissioning and startup activities • Develop technical documentation and support end-user training Required Qualifications • U.S. Citizenship (required due to government/defense project work) • Active passport required • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and in high-availability environments • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with PLC or control systems • Spanish language skills (a plus) Education & Experience • Technical certification in electrical, electromechanical, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial assembly, maintenance, or commissioning • Certification equivalent to U.S. low-voltage electrical standards preferred Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge industrial and defense-related projects • Hands-on role with advanced technologies in a dynamic environment • International exposure, including initial training in Spain (1-2 months)
