Alongside our luxury brand Orientica, we operate Sniff Perfumes, a fast-growing retail and e-commerce platform offering a mix of designer, niche, and exclusive fragrances at competitive prices.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our inventory and warehouse operations from end to end. This role is critical to stabilizing and improving our current inventory processes while ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant fulfillment for major US retailers including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ulta Beauty, and TJ Maxx / Marshalls. This person will step in, fix current inventory challenges, build structure, and maintain long-term accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse operations. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Ownership & AccuracyTake full ownership of inventory across warehouse and systemsAudit current inventory and identify discrepancies, root causes, and process gapsReconcile inventory between physical stock and systems (QuickBooks or equivalent)Establish and maintain cycle counts and full physical inventory processesImplement best practices to prevent shrinkage, mis-picks, and inventory errorsWarehouse OperationsOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingOrganize warehouse layout for efficiency and scalabilityEnsure all inbound and outbound processes are documented and followedManage and train warehouse staff to improve productivity and accountabilityRetailer Compliance & ShippingManage and execute shipments to major retailers including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ulta Beauty, TJ Maxx, and MarshallsEnsure compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling, packaging, and EDI requirementsCoordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveriesMaintain accuracy in GS1 labeling, packing lists, and documentationEnsure shipments meet all retailer-specific standardsProcess ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and implement improved workflowsBuild SOPs for inventory control, receiving, picking/packing, and shippingPartner with leadership to improve systems, reporting, and forecasting accuracyIntroduce tools or systems to improve visibility and control of inventoryCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure alignmentSupport order prioritization based on retailer deadlines and business needsCommunicate inventory risks, shortages, or delays proactively Qualifications5+ years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operationsProven experience shipping to major US retailers (Neiman Marcus, Saks, Ulta, TJ Maxx/Marshalls strongly preferred)Strong understanding of retailer compliance, routing guides, and EDI processesExperience with inventory systems (QuickBooks, ERP, WMS, or similar)Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and communicate with a diverse warehouse teamHands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and on the floorStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on fixing and improving processesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and accountabilityExperience in beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods preferred What Success Looks LikeInventory accuracy consistently above 98%Clean, organized warehouse with clear processes in placeOn-time, compliant shipments to all retail partnersReduced inventory discrepancies and operational errorsScalable systems and SOPs that support business growth
