1st Shift Manager

* Responsible for all shift operations, including maintenance oversight.* Ensure shift staffing and assist supervisors in training, coaching, and leading their teams.* Ensure the production and yield requirements are met.* Ensure all GMP and safety procedures are enforced.* Monitor and control budget spending, managing resources within the goals set forth.* All other relevant tasks to the job.* Bachelors degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science or other closely related field preferred.* 7+ years supervisory and management experience within the poultry plant.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Adept with technology, computers, and math and analytical skills.
