You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe Field and Events Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth within an assigned region (East or West) through localized field marketing, events, partnerships, and regionally aligned demand programs. This role serves as the primary marketing point of contact for Regional Heads and Area leaders, translating national campaigns, account‑based strategies, and brand initiatives into locally relevant, sales‑aligned execution. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and central Marketing teams to deliver field programs that support regional revenue targets while maintaining consistency with the TriNet brand.What You Will DoRegional Pipeline & Revenue SupportOwn regional field marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue, supporting regional and area‑level sales targetsAct as the primary marketing liaison for Regional Heads and Area sales leaders, aligning marketing efforts to regional priorities and forecastsParticipate in territory planning, target account discussions, and pipeline reviews, providing marketing input and insightsLocal Region Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute local region marketing plans that align to sales goals, priority segments, competitive dynamics, and market conditionsTranslate national campaigns and account‑based marketing programs into effective, localized strategies and executionAdjust messaging and activation approaches to address local buyer needs while preserving brand consistencyField Events & Campaign ActivationExecute and support regional and local events, including partner events, community activations, field programs, and sales‑supported experiencesPartner with Events, Demand Generation, and Content teams to ensure event messaging, promotion, and follow‑up align to pipeline goalsGather regional insights from events and campaigns to inform optimization and future planningCommunity & Partner MarketingBuild and support local community partnerships, sponsorships, and co‑marketing initiatives with TriNet partners, brokers, and associationsActivate partner and community programs that strengthen TriNet’s regional presence and credibilityBrand & Messaging AlignmentEnsure consistent TriNet brand and messaging across all regional programs, events, and partnershipsApply national positioning and creative frameworks with local relevance and market nuanceInsights, Feedback & OptimizationProvide regional insights on campaign performance, market dynamics, and competitive activity to central marketing teamsTrack and assess the effectiveness of regional field marketing efforts against pipeline and engagement objectivesSupport continuous improvement through feedback loops with Sales, Demand Generation, and Events teamsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree marketing, marketing management or related field or equalvant experience. requiredExperience QualificationsTypically 6+ years Experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles preferredExperience partnering directly with sales teams to support pipeline and revenue outcomesSkills And AbilitiesStrong understanding of field marketing and localized demand generationAbility to translate national strategy into effective regional executionComfortable engaging with senior sales stakeholders and influencing without authorityStrong communication, organization, and project management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and apply insights to improve resultsAdaptability in fast‑paced, regionally diverse market environmentsTravel RequirementsUp to 25%Work EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.
