Bakery Packer

*PriorityWorkforce is Hiring!* *We offer long-term, full-time, weekly pay and temp-to-hire job opportunities!* We are a Bakery company, hiring for Baking Packer in the city of Montebello, CA! *Job Position: *Baking Packer *Location: *Montebello, Ca *Schedule: *Monday - Friday * *1st shift*: 1:00am / 7:00am / 10:00am / * *2nd shift*: 3:30pm *Pay: *$17.75 - $19.00 *Job Duties:* * Retrieve boxes from the designated area and assemble them for packing baked products. * Use pastry decorating tools to decorate baked goods. * Apply glaze to baked products. * Cut baked products as required. * Transfer baked goods from racks onto the Fuji Machine conveyor belt. * Move baking racks with products from the baking or resting area into the shock freezer. * Run completed boxes through the shrink wrap machine. * Stack finished boxes for the Warehouse (WHS) team to palletize. * Remove dirty trays from baking racks and deliver them to the dishwashing room for cleaning. * Return empty racks from the packing area to their designated storage area. * Complete all required traceability forms. * Transport finished products to the freezer using a pallet jack (when necessary and WHS is unavailable). * Label products according to LCB packing instructions. * Inspect products throughout the process to ensure they meet quality standards, and separate any items that do not comply *Requirements:* * Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and maintain a sanitary work environment at all times. * Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. * Follow signs for hairnets, handwashing, and other standards. * Adhere to the designated uniform color code applicable to the work environment. * Use equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. * Immediately report injuries or accidents to your supervisor or HR. * Adhere to safety policies and procedures; attend relevant Food Safety Trainings. * Follow FSMA, HACCP, SQF, and all safety regulations. *All new hires must complete a PW Employment Application at www.priorityworkforce.com* Pay: $17.75 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Language: * Must be bilingual; Spanish / English (Required) Work Location: In person
