Experience growing systemwide accessibility program to:Create and deliver a systemwide communication program on the importance of accessibility.Develop playbooks and job aids for scalable, consistent remediation of identified accessibility risks.Lead planning and execution of accessibility initiatives. - Develop SOPs, guidelines, reports, and governance materials JD: Position Overview Position Overview The Program Manager will lead a systemwide pilot of a PDF remediation tool to help build scalable processes to improve digital accessibility systemwide. Key ResponsibilitiesGrow our systemwide accessibility program to:Implement and support the PDF accessibility remediation tool pilot and track progress systemwide.Develop playbooks and job aids for scalable, consistent remediation of identified accessibility risks.Evaluate and develop an intake and prioritization framework for new accessibility risks.Create and deliver a systemwide communication program on the importance of accessibility.These initiatives will require the candidate:Lead planning and execution of accessibility initiatives.Develop SOPs, guidelines, reports, and governance materials.Evaluate accessibility testing tools and coordinate pilots.Facilitate working groups and training sessions.Document current practices and improvement opportunities.Create change-management and communication plans. Required QualificationsStrong knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508, ADA).Experience leading digital accessibility or compliance-driven programs.Strong documentation skills.Excellent facilitation abilities.Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
