Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY:Warehouse Personnel are a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. As a Warehouse Personnel team member, you will have a variety of important responsibilities within the warehouse. You will be tasked with accurately picking products and ensuring that the correct items are loaded onto trucks for distribution. You are the one who validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely mannerBuild stable pallets, utilizing correct pallet building ties to lock in productUse scan-to-pick technology to ensure product accuracy and pick quantitiesLoad and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucksWrap orders before loading on trucksMaintain and track quality controlMaintain appearance of facility including monitoring and repacking damaged product and general maintenance of equipmentSafely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessaryJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious warehousing or distribution experience preferredForklift certified preferredSafe driving recordAbility to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)Ability to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variationGood oral and written communications skillsBe able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the jobMust be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidaysWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
