Instructional Assistant

*Duties*
* Assist lead teachers in planning and executing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities
* Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies
* Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and development
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education and care
*Qualifications*
* Passion for working with children and a strong interest in early childhood education or related fields
* Basic knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
