Hours of Work :36Days Of Week :3 Days a weekWork Shift :12X3 Day (United States of America)Job Description :Job PurposeThe Patient Care Technician under the direction of the professional staff, assists with patient care to provide support to the patient, nursing unit and professional staff.Job Requirements:Education:High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required1 year experience as a nursing assistant in a comparable healthcare facility OrGraduate from a certified nursing assistant program OrCertified Medical Assistant program OrNursing student who documents completion of the first semester of a Nursing Program OrDocumented military experience as a medic/corpsman OrForeign Nursing graduate not currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S OrEMT Certification/Paramedic LicenseLicenses and/or Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, RequiredMethodist Richardson Medical Center is a 443-bed, full-service, acute care hospital that serves Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas in Dallas and Collin counties.
